The "1" in our name is not a numeral. It is *the line* — the place in every kitchen where reputations are earned. Each chef we represent built her name on it. *We hold it with her.*

## 01 — The Line

613 Management Group represents culinary artists — chefs, pastry chefs, bakers, authors of the table — at the point where craft becomes a career, and a career becomes an estate.

We negotiate the contract, structure the brand, place the book, counsel the restaurant deal — and stay out of the photograph. Our chefs are not "female chefs." *They are chefs.* The roster does the talking.

Founded in Los Angeles. Engagements by introduction. Discretion is not a service we offer; it is the condition of every service we offer.
